Legal issues related to employment are extremely important for both the employer and the employee when the employment relationship – or other employment-related legal relationship – is established, during its existence and in the event of its termination. Our office helps small and medium-sized enterprises and large corporate clients in the organization of work in accordance with current legislation, in the regular exercise of employer rights, and in all other labour law matters, including advice on foreign workers. In addition, we have represented employees in many cases during their legal disputes against their employers, so our colleagues have extensive experience in the protection of the “weaker party”.
